Many injuries occur during the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers at loading docks. Approximately 30 percent of Andy Sievers’ case load involves loading dock injury cases. Mr. Sievers can sort out and pinpoint the responsibilities of truck drivers, shippers, consignees, loaders, unloaders, forklift operators, etc. Mr. Sievers can opine on the question of whether the truck driver and/or trucking company followed safe practices.
